Quilt coat jacket "calico crush"

What an amazingly detailed piece!  Thousands of 1"squares, all sweet floral calico prints, hand pieced and hand quilted! Exquisite! Even the border is unique, following the zigzag edge perfectly.

Classic ! One size fits most. The style is meant to be oversized and boxy with a drop shoulder to fit everyone. 

These jackets are the piece to have this season! This fabulous vintage quilt turned into a cute cozy layering jacket. Pockets on the outside. The best of this season.
Quilt is American made,  probably from the 1930s -40s based on the fabric used.  The quilt was hand pieced and hand quilted.  Amazing! 🤩 perfect condition.
