Shipping Times & Rates

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Abigail Heche does not ship orders to post office boxes. 

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: 


UPS will calculate shipping costs at checkout.

Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. 



Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed upon your approval. Please note that Special Orders and Sale items are Final Sales.



Please allow two-three business days for processing.



Michigan residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges

Items are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned without use or damage within 10 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  Clothing is not returnable. Without exception, any merchandise returned without prior authorization and its accompanying RMA# clearly written on the outside of all packages will NOT be accepted from the courier. This includes gifts purchased for third parties in other states.

If merchandise arrives damaged or if items are missing from the shipment, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. For this reason, we recommend keeping all packaging until the items are examined.
